Client Responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information, including signer names, contact information, signing location, appointment time, document instructions, identification requirements, scanback requirements, and shipping instructions.

Scheduling and Availability

We make reasonable efforts to coordinate requested appointments, but availability is not guaranteed until confirmed. Delays may occur due to signer availability, document issues, travel conditions, or other factors outside our control.

Fees and Cancellations

Fees may vary based on location, timing, document type, printing, scanbacks, travel, or special instructions. Cancellation, no-sign, trip, print, or wait fees may apply depending on the circumstances and assignment terms.

Document Handling

Clients are responsible for providing correct documents and instructions. Notary Link is not responsible for errors caused by incomplete, late, inaccurate, or conflicting instructions provided by clients, signers, lenders, title companies, escrow officers, or third parties.
